This miniature speaker switching device, mounts right in the cabinet of your combo or amp head. It takes the signal coming from your guitar amplifier (speaker out), and gives you a parallel output to another speaker cabinet, or loadbox for recording. The toggle switch will disconnect the internal speaker, as long as there is another cabinet or loadbox plugged into the aux output.
When both speaker outputs are engaged, connections are wired in parallel, use safe impedance matching practices. Installs with two screws into the side of the your cabinet, or double sided adhesive. Comes with a short speaker cable for connecting the amplifier to the switcher.
This is perfect for playing your guitar amplifier through multiple cabinets, or sending the amplifier out to a loadbox for front of house on stage, or a loadbox like the oxbox in the studio. Toggle the internal speaker off for silent recording.
This is miniature version is ideal for installing inside the cabinet of your combo amp. Larger standalone "sit on top" cabinet switcher available.
